The service absolutely sucks! One of the women that work here is always EXTREMELY rude and dismissive. It's usually that same Asian lady that always has an attitude when I come in. She fixed my bowl one time and I told her that, "that's enough spicy mayo". She stared me in my eyes, paused, and proceeded to add an extra squirt...and then laughed! I should've never came back after that, but the food is fresh and tasty so I gave it another try. My 2nd visit wasn't as bad, just extremely slow. I'm recent 3rd (and final) visit was very annoying. Same asian lady saw me and acted as if I wasn't even there. She waited for the younger lady to service me. She shot me looks like 5X before I finally got my food. The food is good, but not good enough to put up with that kind of bs. I think I'll just finally go ahead and drive downtown to try The Poke Bowl next time I want something like this.

We were welcomed as soon as we walked in. I explained to the guy it was our first time. He took his time to explain to my grandson everything that they had ( not being rushed). The atmosphere was relaxing. The food OMG is a must have. Very yummy. We’ll definitely be back.

Hannah helped me through my order and it turned out amazing. She helped me pick toppings and all. 10/10. I’m not very experienced with Poké and my food didn’t even need the sauce - it was that good. And plenty to eat as a second meal :)

The menu was very very overwhelming. We had never been to a Poke place so we were very excited to try it. Rather than be overwhelmed by ordering with an employee we ordered with the kiosk. I was excited to get a jasmine milk tea as it's one of my favorite to get when we get boba teas. We finish ordering and there is a sign saying to sign in on a white form... We look all over and don't see it . So I ask the employee and we are handed a drink .. ok. No other interaction. We sit down and 2 drink and 2 meals are placed together on the counter. We are the only customers.We look at each other and then look at the drink my husband was already drinking and realize the employee gave him the wrong drink. Ok easy mistake. So I go and tell the employee he gave us the wrong drink. He's completely confused. Despite him watching us walk in, not greeting us, watching us order on the kiosk, us approach asking where to sign in etc he's lost on how he gave us the wrong drink. Turns out it's a door dash order. He then goes in the back brings someone out and is making it out like it's our fault he gave us the drink... Um no. The jasmine tea was by far the worse tea I have ever had. It tasted like soa

I always place my order online and its always ready when I get there. The people are super friendly and the food is always delicious. Im rarely on this side of town but when life brings me over here, I always stop for a poke bowl
